It would seem wearing a bathing suite is not a requirement, fully clothed is the norm.if you ask why there could be many reasons say I did not ask , but primarily it is most likely because they can not afford one.

There is a high energy of excitement as the waves crash. laughter persists as the year gone past symbolically washes off their bodies

Innovation.

Walking along the beach there are many scenes that tell story . such this image an old kayak from the 80s disposed of by its former owners and reclaimed by youthful boys . a innovative paddle gets them safely across the many shark infested rivers that litter the Transkei coast line .

This coastline is a beauty to behold, with green rolling hills of lush grass that finds its way to the waters edge .

The oceans are alive and full of marine life , this is a jewel of the east coast and very much still untouched.
